Program Description

LegendAir Heating & Cooling (LegendAir, LLC) sends appointment reminder text messages to customers who ask for them. Each reminder includes your visit date, your arrival window, and our office phone number in case you need to reschedule. We send one reminder the day before your visit and one on the morning of your visit. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to Sign Up

• Online: On our booking form, contact form, or estimate request form, check the box labeled “Text me appointment reminders (optional).” The box starts unchecked, and you can request service without checking it.
• By phone: When you schedule by phone, our office reads this: “We can text you appointment reminders from LegendAir Heating & Cooling: up to 2 texts per visit, one the day before and one that morning, with your arrival window. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP anytime to opt out. Our text terms and privacy policy are at legendairhvac.com/sms-terms and legendairhvac.com/privacy-policy. Would you like to sign up?” If you say yes, we record your answer, with the date and time, in our scheduling system.

After you sign up, we send one text confirming your enrollment. Signing up is never required to receive service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies (up to 2 reminders per scheduled visit), plus one confirmation text when you sign up.

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. We will send one final text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and you will not get more texts unless you sign up again. To sign back up, reply START or check the box the next time you book. You can also call our office at (215) 317-6099 and ask us to stop texting you.

Your Phone Number

By signing up, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder’s permission. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP first or let our office know so reminders don’t go to someone else.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “Last Updated” date.
